Burnout process:

• Insert flask in the preheated oven at 200ºC
• Ramp 2ºC/ minute up to 550ºC
• Hold at 550ºC for 30 minutes
• Ramp 2ºC/ minute up to 720ºC
• Hold at 720ºC for 120 minutes
• Ramp -2ºC/ minute down to 640ºC
• Cast molten metal inside the mold with a centrifuge or with a vacuum machine
