*Note 1: dependent of chosen version (Fast, Intermediate, or Slow) and 2PP printer configuration. Examples of mechanical properties are shown for macroscopic prints printed with SLA printers. Due to the ultra high surface-area-to-volume of submicron and micron structures, which is proportional to the inverse of their length, inhibition by atmospheric O2 causes a significant decrease of the polymerization rate, and of the physical and mechanical properties of the microstructures. A typical 75% reduction of mechanical properties is forecasted unless our 3Dresyns 2PP are vacuumed and/or purged with N2 gas before and during printing.
