3Dresyn DIP Bio is our photocurable & scannable Dental Impression Paste for making dimensional stable rigid, with minor flexibilitty, dental impressions of complete dentures.
3Dresyn DIP Bio is applied on a standard tray or on a custom designed 3D printed tray, which can be printed with our
3Dresyn OD HT, which requires around 1 mm of spacing to allow for enough paste thickness.
3Dresyn DIP Bio once applied on the tray can be cured with any uv/visible light source from 250 to 410 nm adhering well to most trays materials.
3Dresyn DIP Bio is a soft non flowing paste, which after photo curing becomes hard, having a Shore hardness of A90. Its rigidity is ideal to prevent distortion of the impression borders, having good accuracy of surface detail and dimensional stability.
It is a safe biocompatible translucent whitish non flowing paste which is scannable with maximum resolution due to its matt finish, ensuring maximum detail of the scans.
3Dresyn DIP Bio has these features:
- ultra soft before photocuring for easy impression and bite registration with minor pressure to avoid distortion
- matt translucent whitish rigid impressions with minor flexibility
- fast photo curing in the mouth which can be hardned even more out of the mouth under sun light or in a light box
- ideal for optimum scanning detail and resolution
- ultra safe, free of hazards, pictograms and risk phrases
- non flowing thixotropic whitish paste / slurry for optimum clean application without sagging
- easy to add on the impression trays without leaking into interdental spaces
- photocurable with standard dental lab light curing units
- excellent adhesion on trays
- teflonated for easy removal after photocuring
- hard with some minor flexibility after photocuring
- flexural strength <20 MPa
- tensile strength <10 MPa
- Young modulus <30 MPa
- elongation <70%
- Shore hardness before and after photocuring O0/A90 b/a
- dimensional stability
