Loss or failed delivery or damage in transit or short shipment
The Company is not responsible nor liable for any claims related to the delivery of its products by the courier services chosen by the Recipient during online ordering. Any claims related to loss or failed delivery or damage in transit or short shipment will be transfered by the Company to the courier which will be liable for its services under its terms & conditions chosen by the Recipient during online ordering. Check the courier’s websites of the available couriers when ordering online the Company’s products:
- Deliveries to Spain: Correos Express
- Rest of the World: DHL Express Worldwide
No responsibility is accepted by the Company:
- For insured, nor for non insured, non delivered orders, including loss or failed deliveries, as well as for non Customs cleared deliveries (including when approval by Customs is denied for any reason, including the non acceptance by Customs of 3Dresyns legal terms policy approved by the Recipient: Acceptance of 3Dresyns non disclosure of confidential compositional information in Material Safety Data Sheets MSDSs
- For damaged products, nor for short shipment, when the courier has been given or signed a "clean" receipt. The Recipient should unwrap or unbox the parcel for product inspection before accepting and signing the driver´s form since signing the driver’s form without adding a "damage or short shipment statement" will release the courier from taking responsibility for any missing or damaged products of insured shipments. The Company in this case cannot help the Recipient to file a claim to the courier to recover the loss of the missing or damaged products of insured shipments. If the products without a doubt are missing or damaged, refuse to accept the delivery with a "clean" receipt on the grounds that are missing or damaged. The Recipient must indicate in writing on the driver’s release records: “shipment packaging is damaged and/or products are missing, detailing the missing product references and quantities". In this event keep all packaging materials and contact the Company in writing within 3 working days. The Recipient should send the Company an email within 3 working days to transfer the claim to the courier. The courier will reject and will not be responsible for any claims not being started on time
Note: the courier services available during online ordering are not insured. If the Recipient wants to insure the full or a part of the order value, request for quotation for insured deliveries by email at: info@3Dresyns.com before processing their orders online. Afterwards, the Company will quote and send a proforma invoice by email to the Recipient for the order with insured delivery.
