3Dresyns Perfect Cast range have been designed for investment casting without imperfections, ultra safe handling, printing and disposal.

3Dresyns Perferct Cast LPP, HPP, and HS2 MF Bio are ultra safe and the first monomer free as supplied castable & casting 3D resins on the market.

Available versions:

• Castable 3D resin without imperfections like wax (non meltable):
• 3Dresyn Perfect Cast LPP for Low Power SLA, DLP & Multicolor LCD printers
• 3Dresyn Perfect Cast HPP for High Power SLA, DLP & Monochromeo MLCD printers
• both are ultra safe and the first monomer free casting 3D resins on the market
• both burn like wax without burst!
• Water and steam Soluble 3D resin: 3Dresyn Perfect Cast WS1, which can also be used also for printing mandrels for electroforming
  
• prints (mandrels) can be dip coated with our conductive additives followed by electrodeposition /electroplating of metals such as gold on mandrels which can be easily dissolved in water leaving as final product the metal shell casts
• Heat Soluble meltable 3D resin melting like wax: 3Dresyns Perfect Cast HS1 and HS2 MF Bio
• 3Dresyn Perfect Cast HS2 MF Bio is monomer free and recommended vs 3Dresyn Perfect Cast HS1 Bio due to its relatively easier printability
• both are bio based and ultra safe
• both upon heating melt and flow like wax after printing for perfect casting
