3Dresyn OD-Clear TF LTP is our reference SLA, DLP & LCD 3D resin for direct printing of aligners. It can be printed with most SLA, DLP & LCD printers, even with affordable LCD printers (with the exception of Formlabs, Sprintray, and DWS printers).
Our SLA, DLP & LCD 3D resins for printing aligners are available in different versions for maximum validation control of clinical studies and applications of your in-house manufactured aligners:
- relatively more rigid or more flexible versions for maximum control of teeth movement at your chosen aligner thickness, typically between 0.6-1 mm
- relatively low or high viscosity versions for printers working at 20-25ºC or at 30-35ºC with heated printers for increased mechanical strength and durability
Discover our ultra safe Cleaning Fluid UNW1 Bio and Cleaning Fluid UNW2 Bio (both do not have any risks nor hazards for health) for ultra safe cleaning and post processing 3D printed aligners with optimum gloss and clarity. Its usage prevents gloss and clarity reduction as well as helps to remove and wash off both hydrophobic and hydrophillic residuals and byproducts, for leaving the aligners colorless, odorless, tasteless, and safe for use when produced as per our instructions!
Aligners can be printed vertically without any supports, without any yellowing, nor any haziness, and without wasting any resin, yielding around 400-500 aligners of around 2-2.5 grams each per 1 kg resin, with an aligner cost of circa of 1-1.25 Euro, without any waste of time for cutting supports, and with an improved fast & easy cleaning process. The whole printing, postcuring, and post processing cycle takes <3 hours, without the need of any expensive printers and light boxes with nitrogen gas for printing and pot processing safe functional aligners.
