Burnout process:
- Insert flask in the preheated oven at 200ºC
- Ramp 2ºC/ minute up to 550ºC
- Hold at 550ºC for 30 minutes
- Ramp 2ºC/ minute up to 720ºC
- Hold at 720ºC for 120 minutes
- Ramp -2ºC/ minute down to 640ºC
- Cast molten metal inside the mold with a centrifuge or with a vacuum machine
