Fine Tuner FT5 Bio WS is a Water Soluble ultra safe natural plant based photo accelerant for water soluble resin systems curing with UV & Visible light up to 500 nm

Fine Tuner FT5 Bio WS is a water soluble 100% biocompatible natural plant based photo accelerant additive specially recommended for increasing the cure speed of water soluble 3D resins in high power SLA & DLP 3D printers and bioplotters working with Ultraviolet and Visible lights up to 500 nm.

Its usage is not recommended with too slow curing 3D resins in too low power printers, because of the resulting slow kinetics/long exposure times even when high dosages are used eg >6-8%.

It is recommended the use of Fine Tuner FT5 Bio WS in steps of 0.5-1% in high power printers (strong laser and high power DLP printers)  and of 1-2% in low power printers (LCD & MLCD printers) to incease gradually printing speed.  Avoid over dosage to avoid overcure of the resin beyond limits/specifications, resulting in potential loss of resolution, precision, and dimensional accuracy of your prints.

It is supplied as a kit, which contains the product, one graduated beaker and one empty 250 mL black bottle to measure, mix, keep and protect the 3D resins from daylight. Please do not expose any 3D resins to natural or room light to prevent their curing.

Note: Fine Tuner FT5 Bio WS is specially recommended for fast curing 3D resins printed with Ultraviolet & Visible  light wavelengths (150-500 nm range) with medium and high light power printers (most SLA laser based & DLP printers). Its printing speed can result being too slow in too slow curing 3D resins printed with too low light power, such as LCD printers.
