Fine Tuner FT2 is a fast photo accelerant additive specially recommended for increasing the cure speed of deep colored 3Dresyns in low power SLA DLP & LCD 3D printers working with Ultraviolet or Visible "daylight" lasers, LEDS, standard DLP projectors or day light visible Liquid Crystal Display LCDs.
Fine Tuner FT2 is a faster version of Finer FT1 and shows an extended absorption into the Visible light spectrum up to 420 nm. Fine Tuner FT2 gives lower resolution than Fine Tuner FT1 due to its ultra fast printing speed.
Fine Tuner FT2 is ideal for increasing the print speed of deep colored 3D resins in Ultraviolet and Visible SLA, DLP, LCD & Inkjet 3D printers.
Its use is essential in low power UV & Visible SLA DLP, LCD & Inkjet 3D printers, which do not provide the option of changing neither the light power (mW/cm2) nor the exposure time (seconds), because speeds up the cure of your prints.
It is recommended the use of Fine Tuner FT2 in steps of 0.1% in high power printers (strong laser and high power DLP printers) and of 0.5-1% in low power printers (LCD & MLCD printers) to increase gradually printing speed. Avoid over dosage to avoid overcure of the resin beyond limits/specifications, resulting in potential loss of resolution, precision, and dimensional accuracy of your prints.
It is supplied as a kit, which contains the product, one graduated beaker and one empty 250 mL black bottle to measure, mix, keep and protect the 3D resins from daylight. Please do not expose any 3D resins to natural or room light to prevent their curing.
Note: Fine Tuner FT2 is specially recommended for low power 3D printers having UV & Visible light wavelengths up to 420 nm (150-420 nm range) , including 405 nm blue & violet LEDs, lasers and standard DLP projectors and daylight visible LCDs.
Fine Tuner FT2 can crystallise at room temperature and become viscous at low temperature. A gentle warming up to 60-70°C (use microwave with caution) and a hand shake will dissolve the crystals and decrease its viscosity for ease of handling.
