Fine Tuner FT1 Bio is our biocompatible photo accelerant additive recommended for increasing the cure speed of our Biocompatible 3Dresyns in SLA, DLP, LCD & Inkjet 3D printers having Ultraviolet or Visible lasers or LEDS up to 410 nm or
standard DLP projectors and LCDs. Fine Tuner FT1 Bio is a version of our standard
Fine Tuner FT1 with increased biocompatibility and reduce migrateables and extractables.
Fine Tuner FT1 Bio is ideal for increasing the print speed of our Biocompatible 3D resins in Ultraviolet and Visible SLA, DLP, LCD & Inkjet 3D printers. It has no risk pictograms, nor hazards. Its bio-based content has a mild natural fragance, which disapears once the resin is fully cured and cleaned.
Its use is essential in UV & Visible SLA, DLP, LCD & Inkjet 3D printers, which do not provide the option of changing neither the light power (mW/cm2) nor the exposure time (seconds), because speeds up the cure of your prints.
It is recommended the use of Fine Tuner FT1 Bio in steps of 0.1% in high power printers (strong laser and high power DLP printers) and of 0.5-1% in low power printers (LCD & MLCD printers) to increase gradually printing speed. Avoid over dosage to avoid overcure of the resin beyond limits/specifications, resulting in potential loss of resolution, precision, and dimensional accuracy of your prints.
It is supplied as a kit, which contains the product, one graduated beaker and one empty 250 mL black bottle to measure, mix, keep and protect the 3D resins from daylight. Please do not expose any 3D resins to natural or room light to prevent their curing.

Note: Fine Tuner FT1 Bio is recommended for printers having UV/Visible light wavelengths up to 410 nm (150-410 nm range), including 405 nm blue LEDs, lasers and standard DLP projectors and LCDs. Our 100 mL of Fine Tuner FT1 Bio is normally used at small dosage and it is enough for fine tuning between 5-10 Litres of 3D resins.
