3Dresyn PEDOTEK1 is our electrically conductive 3D resin based on PEDOT:PSS for 3D printing high conductivity materials for electronics e.g. antennas for IoT applications (HF, UHF), RFID and NFC tags, OLED, OPVs, flexible PCBs, flexible cables, etc...
Features of 3Dresyn PEDOTEK1:
- black colored conductive 3D resin which can be printed as supplied without the need of adding any conductive additives
- Sheet resistance >4.5 KOhm/square at 300 microns thickness after water evaporation
- Resistivity: >0.1 Ohm.m at 300 microns thickness after water evaporation
- Conductivity: <1.1 S/m at 300 microns thickness after water evaporation
- conductive 3D resin containing c. 40% water
- hard and rigid, Shore Hardness D80 range
- medium high tensile strength >20 MPa after water evaporaton
- medium rigidity (Young modulus >1000 MPa) after water evaporation
- elongation <8%
- low viscosity, below 200 cps
- before or after printing water can be evaporated by heating until 40% water is evaporated
- up to 40% predictable shrinkage can occur once water is fully evaporated
- non water soluble material after 3D printed
- PEDOT:PSS tends to agglomerate. If this happens mix it with a rotational mixer to redisperse it
- non biocompatible as liquid photoreactive 3D resin (H302 and H373 pictograms) before printed and cleansed but exhibits good biocompatiblity after fully cured and cleansed
- printable by most commercial and professional SLA, DLP & LCD 3D printers

Note: Conductive products due to their high engineering complexity require the usage of open mode SLA, DLP & LCD printers and skillful users since conductive materials may require fine tuning to different printing and printer specifications
IMPORTANT: The product if stored at room temperature (<25˚C) has a shelf life of 6 months. If stored well sealed at 4ºC in a fridge its shelf life can be extended longer. 3Dresyns cannot assume responsibility for a conductive product that has not been stored in appropriate conditions. Orders will be made to order to maximise the shelf life of the product. Its delivery time is around 2 weeks after ordering.
