3Dputty S-SS MF Bio, our light curing Monomer Free Bio based Solvent Soluble sacrificial Soft putty curable with UV & visible light.
It is a light curing putty which before exposed to UV/Visible light can be modelled by hand or with a spatula, but after being shaped or modelled it can be hardened with a normal UV/Visible light to become a solvent soluble sacrificial soft filler for easy demolding with solvents such as acetone.
3Dputty S-SS MF Bio has these features:
- clear non colored light curable putty
- malleable, easy to shape with a spatula or by hand* for easy application before light curing
- once cured with UV/Visible light becomes a soft thermoplastic solid which becones softer upon heating
- solvent soluble sacrificial hard after light curing
- Shore hardness A30
- Elongation <50%
- tensile and flexural strength <5 MPa
- Young modulus <50 MPa
- postcuring is not required
- bio based from renewable resources: >75-80% bio content
- fast solubility in acetone after curing
- photocurable with UV & Visible light
