Use of logo

Unless restricted by a previously signed NDA, the Buyer (Recipient) hereby grants to the Company the right to use its company or organization logo in marketing, sales, financial, and public relations materials and other communications solely to identify it as a customer. The Company hereby grants to the Buyer the right to use its logo solely to identify the Company as a provider of services. Other than as expressly stated herein, neither party shall use the other party’s proprietary information and exchanged documentation as stated in Ownership of contents and in the overall legal terms, including but not limited to any sort of technical and commercial exchanged proprietary (non public) information, without the prior written permission of the other party.

Note: If you do not want us to use your logo in marketing, sales, financial, and public relations materials and other communications solely to identify you as our customer, we will positively accept it without affecting the delivery of any our services. In this case, please send us an email to: info@3Dresyns.com to ensure that we follow your request for not making public you as our customer.
