CLEANING
prints can be decaked by melting at 40ºC the uncured resin
Rinse parts thoroughly under warmed water. Allow parts to dry thoroughly after cleaning
POSTCURING
Light postcuring is not required
INVESTMENT CASTING
Burnout process:
Insert flask in the preheated oven at 200ºC
Ramp 2ºC/ minute up to 550ºC
Hold at 550ºC for 30 minutes
Ramp 2ºC/ minute up to 720ºC
Hold at 720ºC for 120 minutes
Ramp -2ºC/ minute down to 640ºC
Cast molten metal inside the mold with a centrifuge or with a vacuum machine
